This repair shop is very upfront and honest in pricing and service. I have an older model car and I was tired of overpaying at my local dealership. They are A1 at Lex-Toy LLC.

Went in for howling noise in the rear of the vehicle. Was unable to diagnose right away and I was offered a loaner vehicle because they couldn’t confirm my car was safe to drive. Called me later that evening to inform me that it was a wheel bearing with a lot of play. Had them replace the hub assembly and also change the valve cover gasket. Did a fantastic job as always.

Upfront with pricing, timely in delivering great service. It was a great experience they took the time to answer my questions.

Brought my car in for oil change but had them do a diagnostic on it because I thought there might be something wrong with transmission. They assured me everything was fine and did my oil change. It is always a pleasure when I go there

My sons car had a noise coming from the engine area . Told him to swing in for them to check it out as he was going to drive to Boston after work for the weekend. He drove there at 7am when they opened to see if they can take a quick look. They discovered no oil in the car. He left it there and got a ride to work. Finding out it was an oil line that was leaking . They fixed it that day by 3:00 with no appointment made . That’s true service for the customer can’t thank them enough for all they do . Oil Pressure indicator lit up on Friday evening. Need to add two quarts of oil to make it home. First thing Monday morning was call Jeff's and explained my situation. Wife and grandchildren primarily use the KIA. Jeff understood my situation and asked I drop off the SUV. Since my SUV was staying overnight I had the use of a LOANER, could of been an inconvenience. The loaner was a big plus. Tuesday morning I received a call from Nate that the car was ready. Jeff deserves a WELL-DONE.

Without exception, we find Jeff and Ryan and the rest of the team professional, reliable, trustworthy and fair. Pricing is reasonable, communication is excellent. And we should know: Jeff's has been there for us from the outset, when they sourced an auction vehicle for us or pre-inspected a new (to us) purchase, throughout our ownership of near a dozen family cars (big family), and even at the bitter end, when one of them was totaled. Over the last 20 years, they have performed just about every sort of maintenance and repair on our cars, both foreign and domestic...and they dealt with our insurance company as needed. Professional, knowledgeable, great communication. The team is fantastic and provide great customer service. They have taken my car in when I’ve called last minute, provided a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and kept me informed throughout the process. The shining star service for me and what led me to Jeff’s shop was my dads experience. My father was told by a dealer he needed struts. He called Jeff’s and they could have gone with what he asked….struts were not needed. As a daughter I appreciated the fact my dad wasn’t swindled! Our daughter called us in a panic as her car was shaking and she didn’t know what to do. Always an excellent ,satisfying job!

I went in to get my timing belt replaced on my Toyota Highlander. They did a great job and also found the source of a trouble light that was related to a leak in an evap hose. They got that cleared up quickly with a smoke machine.

I still need tune up work done which I plan on doing in the near future.

Overall they were on top of everything and kept me assessed on the progress and the pricing before they did the work.

If you are looking for a good repair shop and don't want to pay high prices at dealerships, Lex-Toy is a good option. I've been with them since Jeff started the business and always satisfied. It is a growing business that offers a lot of services. They have an efficient and effective communication system. I highly recommend them for all makes, not just Lexus and Toyota.

I work in the auto industry with OEMs and dealers and I will tell you this place is running rings around the dealer service experience. I just had them replace the control arms on my LS and they saved me thousands of dollars over what the Lexus dealer wanted to charge me, while using OEM parts, too.

They provided a pristine loaner, they kept in constant communication with me, they provided written estimates and photos via a text message that opened to a detailed and itemized list of recommendations, they were completely responsive to any requests or questions I had, and they did the work right the first time (and even did additional work they noticed needed to be done and then didn't charge me for it!)

This is an outstanding shop. Any subsequent work my Lexus needs that I can't handle, they'll be doing it. Extremely pleased with them- they deserve your business.

Brough a private seller used car here to be looked over first, and they were amazing. Checked the car out thoroughly, even let me under the lift after to show me everything they found in person, and gave me a printout and pictures to show the owner, all for $55. Very helpful and friendly, wish they were closer to my location. Highly recommend!

Overall check of fluids, tires and did oil change. Offered loaner car so I could manage another appt. Also remedied my use of car phone. Very accommodating

We have used Lex-Toy to service our Toyotas since we moved to Derry in October of 2021. We are very impressed with their thorough work, their prompt and friendly service, and their follow-up to ensure our satisfaction. Our son who lives in Exeter recently had a battery and starter problem, and was unsure of the repair that he had done in Exeter. We suggested that he try Lex-Toy, and he was thrilled by the service that he received as well as the complete diagnostics that they did on his car. Despite the distance from Exeter to Derry, it would not surprise me if he makes Lex-Toy his regular choice for servicing his Toyota Corolla.

Love they text repair cost for you to approve and text the invoice and a few clicks and your paid up, so easy. Everyone is friendly and great service.

My 2011 Toyota Tundra was misfiring and leaking from an overheated engine. Due to the unknown damage I could not get anyone to commit to a rebuild. Then I was told a replacement was unavailable because the 2011 Tundra has a rare 4.6 liter engine. I spent months searching for a repair until I was recommended to Jeff’s Lex Toy. When I told Jeff my situation he said it was something he could definitely help me with. They ruled out the rebuild and replaced the engine with one they found at similar mileage. I’ve had the truck back for several months now and it drives great! The engine they installed is in excellent condition and installed perfectly. This was a major repair and I'm very thankful to Jeff's Lex Toy for making it happen.

Great Service and Good Prices

I have been using Lex-Toy for my car service needs for awhile now. They do great service and their fees are really reasonable compared to other repair shops. I would never take my car anywhere else. They really care about their customers and it is the same all the time. I would highly recommend them they are the golden ticket.

Had a great experience buying a Sequoia from Jeff's Lex-Toy. Jeff and his crew were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They are responsive to emails and easy to talk with in person. They have a high standard for the cars they offer for sale and their commitment to quality was evident throughout the process. Couldn’t have been any happier with the service, work done and price. Set up my drop off on a Sunday with Ryan to have all 4 breaks and rotors done. The process was seamless. Unfortunately I waited far too long to get these breaks done and needed to replace an additional item. When my vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up, they offered a loaner vehicle as to not inconvenience me. True dedication to their customers. Upon pickup, the team prices out tires for me as well. My daughter just experienced the dreaded "check engine light" in her 09 Toyota Corolla.

Jeff was more than happy to take it in less than an hour before he closed to diagnose it.

He also noticed she has a substantial leak on her exhaust system which is finding its way into the car.

She's bringing it in tomorrow to have it repaired, they are so accommodating.

I can't say enough about this repair shop and their great employees.

We've owned many Toyotas and Lexus cars but this is the first time we've had a hybrid. We drove up from Cape Cod and had them look at our rx450h. They have a very impressive shop. A lot of very knowledgeable staff with a wide range of Lexus and Toyota experience. They were able to quickly diagnose the situation and get us on our way. Would extremely recommend this shop. We also just bought a Prius and any work we will probably have them do as well. Worth the drive.
